If you're selected for an interview, someone from our recruiting team will reach out—typically within a week or two—to schedule your first conversation. This is a great chance for us to get to know your background and for you to learn more about the role and our team. The interview process usually includes two to three rounds, which may be conducted by phone, video, or in person. As you move forward, you'll meet with various team members and may experience a mix of behavioral, technical, or case-style interviews, depending on the position. And don’t worry—we’re here to support you and help you feel confident every step of the way!
We’ll keep you informed about your status as quickly as possible. If you're selected for an offer, you can expect to receive it in writing within about a week of your final interview. Take the time to review your offer carefully, and don’t hesitate to reach out to our recruiting team or anyone you connected with during the process—we’re here to support you.
Once you accept your offer, you’ll partner with an onboarding coordinator to set your start date and training schedule. You’ll also get access to our user-friendly new hire portal, which will guide you through everything you need to prepare for your first day. Your journey kicks off with our orientation program, where you’ll learn more about our business, culture, and values—while also meeting other new team members and expanding your network from day one.
